Every landlord plan includes your mandatory CP12 gas safety certificate each year, and we liaise directly with tenants to arrange access.
Paying annually in advance saves roughly 5% against the monthly price. Prices are per property and include VAT where applicable.

You don’t need a working boiler to join. Sign up to a minimum two-year Silver or Gold plan and we’ll repair your existing fault for one fixed price, regardless of the parts and labour needed to get it running again.**
- £100 fixed on no-excess plans
- £150 fixed on £50-excess plans
- Covers repairs up to £450 inc. VAT — we’ll quote any difference in advance.
